Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Responsible and accountable for providing exceptional customer service (and in some cases) as the primary point of customer contact. Process and update customer information in an accurate and timely manner.
Collect, comprehend, monitor and analyze customer requirements in order to optimize schedule, develop quotes and ensure extraordinary customer satisfaction.
Generate new customers via lead prospecting.
Selling deeper with current and past customer follow-up.
Primarily ?inside? sales, may include some ?outside? sales.
Develop thorough knowledge of product and ability to fully explain services.
Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Arranges personal estimating daily calendar and scheduling quotes and jobs.
Answering phones, customer intake, prospect management and customer communications.
General office organization, file documents properly, etc.

Ability to multi-task and communicate calmly while coordinating appointments with staff and customers in a busy environment.
Strong communication skills and a clear articulate voice.
Fluency with computers, MS Word and internet research abilities.
File documents properly (electronic and paper), and coordinate documents with others.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in analyzing information, estimating, planning, attention to detail, reporting report research results, and requirements analysis.
Be able to identify inefficiencies in workflow and find creative solutions ? collaboratively and independently.
Comfortable working alone and completing tough assignments.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to contribute to the success of a team.
Good listener and team-oriented.
Positive attitude and with a team player mentality.
Warm, genuine, friendly and approachable.
Minimum of HS Diploma required.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service position, but not required.
Office experience necessary.
Background check and drug screen required
Valid driver?s license and current driving record required.
