We have an opening for a full time or part time vacation rentals specialist. The candidate should be hard working, able to followup on leads via phone, have hands on experience in vacation rentals and be able to learn our methodology as well as bring new ideas to our business. Sales experience a plus! Responsibilities to include: 1. Knowledge of our Property Plus reservation system a plus. 2. Follow through on front office procedures 3. Answer phones, check-in/out 4. Post payments, cash reports credit card batches 5. Salesmanship while taking reservations and talking with new homeowners 6. Customer support for troubled renters and existing homeowners 7.
