This is a COMMISSION-ONLY, independent sales role! Please Note: We are only looking for experienced B2B sales people only. Applicants must have a minimum of one-year sales experience in a B2B atmosphere as well as a decent understanding of digital marketing techniques.

This is an independent role where you can dictate your own success, but still be a valued player in our day to day operations. As a sales representative for Charged Digital Marketing, you can leverage your personal and professional brand to effectively represent our services and ensure we meet each client's individual needs.

How to be successful with our company:
Full understanding of what is expected of you within this role.
Sell and market our cutting edge digital marketing products to businesses in your area.
Assist with campaign/marketing ideas to better entice the client to purchase our services.
Proactively acquire new business by prospecting and networking.
Work directly with a marketing director that will help you close deals and assist with marketing campaign examples if and when needed.
What you will need for this position:
Full understanding of what is expected of you within this role.
You decide where and when to work with no territory restrictions
You will receive business cards and marketing materials from us.
You will receive full support on all marketing campaigns so once you sell an account you can comfortably move on to the next client.
You will need to update your social media accounts showing your new job and what you can offer potential clients.
You will receive 15% commission on every account you close.
Please note there is no base salary for this position, but once you get a few accounts under your belt you will be sailing.
After the first marketing campaign, the numbers will sell themselves. The client will understand they are getting a great ROI on their marketing expense.
You are not selling some outdated, well-tapped service or product. Our marketing services and technology have only been on the market for less than 2 years. The options are endless and every business with a $2,000.00 marketing budget can participate in each program. We understand that $2,000.00 can be quite a sell to most business owners, but we guarantee once they see the first set of results they will be coming back for more!
Charged Digital Marketing was created with a vision that every business owner should focus on what they do best and that is sell and/or produce products for their customers. It's our job to market to the right customers and with our technology, we can do just that. Our technology utilizes systems that allow us to directly target individual customers, competitors, venues, etc. We can literally take each business we represent and sail them to the front of the line. Their competitors won't know what hit them!
We also ensure all of our clients that we offer a non-saturated marketing approach. Unlike many print applications when you open them up you see multiple competing ads, we do not participate in that type of marketing. If at some point you are representing two clients within the same industry wanting to utilize the same customer list/locations we will split their marketing time let one client have the beginning of the month (1st-15th) and the other client gets the end (15th-30th). This ensures each client gets to see the positive results of dealing with you and our company.
Now, most commission based jobs have caps or change their commission structure after you start selling. We DON'T... We guarantee 15% of every sale goes to you. We offer incredible incentives for each individual representative as well as our top earners on a quarterly and annual basis. Check out some of our incentives below:
Quarterly:
Up to 3.5% bonus on all sales for 3 months
New tablet / laptop
Cell phone service paid for a year
Weekend getaway for two
If you choose not to participate in our quarterly bonuses and want to save up for the annual incentives any of these could be yours!
Annual:
Up to 5% bonus on all sales for 12 months
Weekend trip ? family or couple ? your choice (up to $5k)
If you sell $500,000.00 in a 12 month period we will provide up to $25,000.00 for the purchase of a new vehicle, boat or atvs.
If you sell over $1,000,000.00 in a 12 month period we will provide $25,000.00 for the purchase of a new vehicle, boat or atv + $25,000.00 cash!
On top of bonuses, we also have business trips where we discuss sales tactics, how each representative is performing how we can as a group performs better, etc. and we always enjoy ourselves. Trips may include, casino/hotel trips, hotel/beach trips, day trips such as jet skiing, boating, amusements parks, etc. We encourage the family to come all expenses paid!
Income breakdown:
$2,000.00 per account ($24K per year) = $300.00 per month (15%)
30 accounts X $300.00 = $9,000.00 per month.
You are paid 15% on each sale. If you client purchases marketing every month you will continue to receive 15% of each sale, each month!
Think about how many businesses there are near you, within 50 miles of you, etc. The potential is endless and you will truly be offering a digital marketing service each business NEEDS in today's world.
We recommend that once you do one campaign with each business and they see the results you ask them to sign a contract stating they will spend X amount of dollars every month with you and our company. They will have complete control over the campaign design/ideas or we can help if needed. If you reach a point and cannot keep up with your current accounts we can assign an assistant to help you! Assistants can help break up the time needed for each client so you can focus on selling and maintaining a six figure lifestyle!
