Position Summary
Xfinity Retail Consultant will specialize in all aspects of our products which currently include:
Xfinity TV and X1 Operating System.
Xfinity Internet & WiFi
Xfinity Voice and Phone applications
Xfinity Home - Security & Automation.
One of the primary duties of a retail consultant is to interact with our customers to ensure satisfaction and proper utilization of our products and services. A retail sales consultant will help customers re-bundle, upgrade, and understand current available offers and promotions as well as demonstrate new products and updates in our current operating system.
Another core focus of this position would be dealing with non-subscribers, subscribers of a competitors service, subscribers wishing to transfer service, as well as prior customers seeking to reinstate service. A retail sales consultant will be able to help these potential customers by tailoring a personalized package to meet each unique individuals wants and needs while providing the overall best possible value for the customer.
Retail sales consultants endure a rigorous training ensuring they are knowledgeable in all aspects of our products, promotions, and procedures. We provide ongoing training and support to keep all representatives up to date on current technology trends and system updates.
Overall responsibilities consist of creating the absolute best possible customer experience imaginable. Being the face of Xfinity in Walmart means you need to be upbeat, positive, fun and talkative. Our ideal candidate is willing to go the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Requirements
