Sales Associate Job Opening in Charleston, West virginia - National company in need of a local Sales Associate in the Charleston area for a direct hire position. As the sales associate, you will sell direct mail and digital advertising programs along with data-driven marketing solutions to small and medium sized local businesses in your protected market(s) focusing on the Restaurant, Automotive, Furniture, Mattress, Hardware, Grocery, and Fitness & Salon categories. (You will be the company?s sole representative in your assigned zones.) Your responsibilities will include prospecting local businesses by partnering with your marketing team to identify new customers. You will educate local decision makers on the delivery method, participants in our shared mail package, and sell on value not price. You will also maintain accounts and mitigate churn by selling print and digital products into your current compensation structure includes base salary + auto allowance +connectivity (cell/data) allowance + quarterly quota bonuses + uncapped monthly incentives based on your revenue. Your earnings potential is uncapped. Experienced, top-producing Account Executives can earn in the high five figures and up while more junior Account Executives (with about 18 months? experience) can expect to earn in the mid-fifties to sixties if you are meeting minimum expectations.
