Outside Sales Representative - Architectural Concrete Units Job Opening in Jonesboro, Arkansas - Nettleton Concrete, Inc. is an industry leading manufacturer of high-end concrete masonry units. We are looking for an Architectural Sales Representative responsible for generating out-of-state profit in a continuously growing market. The ASR need to be a naturally influential people person who communicates well and is highly organized. This position will consist of overnight travel of 1-3 nights/week and in-office duties 2-3 days/wk. Monday-Friday.
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Must be articulate, passionate and an influential compelling presenter.
Must have the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers while penetrating new markets.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Successful track record in an outsides sales environment (preferably within the concrete masonry industry).
Travel with NCI Vice President to key dealers and distributors to introduce and promote Nettleton Concrete products.
Determine customer needs, and provide solutions.
Be able to work independently while simultaneously implementing company defined sales strategies.
Must be able to lift 85 lbs. 3 feet high
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
