Your main responsibility will be to support the training, recruiting, and coaching necessary to enable your associates to grow profitable careers, and help sustain a healthy market. In Kenosha and Racine County we currently are already working with over 2200 different businesses, and are targeting the remaining 35,000 businesses to discuss cost-saving solutions to big problems they all are experiencing. The in Training function is to coach our associates in servicing our current clients, in addition to targeting and marketing to potential clients.
