Your background and experience exudes prospecting for new business, solutions selling, and developing client relationships in the media industry. You will be incentivized with an attractive equity package and you will also be the strategic team member to drive of the future business development.

The required responsibilities include:
Leverage existing relationships with key advertising payers (Ad Agencies and Brands) to identify potential business opportunities
Mentor and advise on strategies to identify potential new business and close new accounts
Prospect new clients for the In-the-Hand advertising media
Advise and mentor sales team on effective prospecting strategies

Required qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree Required. Advanced degree is a plus.
4+ years of sales experience in media, marketing or advertising related fields
Demonstrate past experience developing sales in advertising, agency and/or marketing services business
Strong business network with advertising agencies and/or Brands (advertising payers)
Industry credibility is a plus
