Responsibilities Include:
Identify and acquire high quality, long-term, ?preferred? customers
Build professional business relationships with peers, salon owners and stylists
Implement sales strategies which adhere to company products and services
Identify customer needs, match needs to company products and services, and overcome objections and resistance
Requirements Include:
Complete knowledge of company products and services
Ability to cold call with consistent follow-through
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Ability to schedule appointments for manufacturer detailing days
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet established sales objectives
