Networker/Business Development Job Opening in Garden City, New york - Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? FirstLight Home Care is seeking a Networker to build relationships within the healthcare community. This includes effectively establishing a rapport and educating referral sources, both medical and non-medical, on the benefits of home care in general, and FirstLight Home Care specifically. The Networker's efforts will establish and nurture meaningful and productive referral sources that can provide FirstLight Home Care with ongoing, consistent clients.
This position will provide significant autonomy within the broad constraints of predetermined goals and objectives. The best individual for this position is someone who possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, someone who can demonstrate initiative and responsibility, function independently and is self-directed. Experience about networking, social work, business, marketing, or other related fields and a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred for this position.
The ideal candidate would be very familiar with Nassau County smartly dressed, with moderate computer skills and comfortable with low pressure networking.
