Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Kent, Washington - Rapidly growing and one of the area?s largest Washington State providers of Respiratory and Sleep Therapy equipment, Performance Home Medical seeks candidates who are responsible, reliable and detail oriented, to work as a customer service representative. You must have good people skills to deal with patients and referral sources on the phone and in our offices and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A background in medical customer service is preferred, but we will train right candidate.
Job descriptions would entail but not limited to:
Phone calls - taking patient orders for supplies
Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service
Taking phone calls and orders from healthcare referrals
Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required by company and insurance
Data entry
Competency in working within a healthcare billing and records system.
