Sales Receptionist Job Opening in Irvine, California - The Tuttle Click Automotive Group is in need of a customer service oriented Receptionist!
We are seeking a candidate with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism accuracy and confidentiality. You must possess the ability to interact with employees with a friendly, caring Manager?s supervision professionally represents the dealership to its customers and vendors by providing high quality telephone and secretarial services. Regularly performs semi-routine clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, instructions and work routines.
Must be knowledgeable in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Automotive Dealership experience is a plus.
Experience with Reynolds / Reynolds is a plus.
Experience with Compli a plus.
Hours:
Wednesday - Friday 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Saturday 7:30am-6pm
Sunday 10am-6pm
