Description:
Responsible for serving customers by collecting revenue, providing information, and responding to requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains cash account by receiving, counting, and recording cash, check, credit card, or other payment options.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Collect the total retail charges from the customer in cash, check, or authorized charge account.
Provide the customer with the proper change and/or receipt.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, higher education preferred
One year of office work preferred
Professional Appearance
Strong Customer Service Skills
Good phone etiquette
