Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Responsible for providing budgetary planning and monitoring financial administration
Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicting future trends.
Provides full financial reports to top management, ensuring clarity of business performance, KPI?s, reporting and performance analysis to determine the appropriate financial control framework required.
Supervises the development of the strategy and implementation to minimize tax exposure and risk.
Identifies training and development plans for subordinates.
Establishes close communication channel with parent company
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, from an accredited institution (Required)
7+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience (Required)
5+ years of manufacturing (Required)
4+ years of supervision experience (Required)
3+ years of automotive experience (Required)
2+ years of working in a German company (Preferred)
CPA or CMA license (Desired)
Excellent grasp of business issues, industry developments and fiscal and regulatory trends that may have an impact on accounting operations
Experience with implementing change and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills required
Able to motivate others and operate under pressure
Take the lead on changing or improving the quality of work in the department
