Accounting Specialist Job Opening in Novi, Michigan - We are looking for a full time Accounting Specialist that is able to multi-task for a fast paced environment.
Job Description:
Process all daily accounts payable and receivable duties
Review bank daily for ACH payments and record in QuickBooks
Reconcile various complex bank accounts monthly
Support both external and internal customer requests via phone or written correspondence
Compiles and maintains various financial schedules and reports and spreadsheets
Other duties as assigned
Skills / Knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
Ability to apply independent analytical thinking to define problems
Excellent math skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to analyze details of accounting data and reports
