We are currently hiring driven and competitive individuals for the sales/customer service role. In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships while utilizing your negotiating and closing skills.
Execute outbound calls to increase sales with existing customer base and acquire new customers
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and live chat regarding order status, product, web site, etc.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations for appropriate products based on the customer need
Complete documentation in client database to track customer contact and sales
Recommend improvements to product, website and sales/marketing tactics based on customer feedback
Successful candidates will have a positive ?can do? attitude, capability to think outside the box, and ability to exercise independent judgment. There are no scripts; you will have open conversation with the customers. This position is Monday through Friday, no weekends! Guaranteed base pay plus commission in a casual work environment.
Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B phone sales or customer service. Associates degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business is preferred. Basic PC and MS Office skills are necessary.
