Staff Accountant - 37400 Job Opening in Woodstock, Georgia - Accountants One is working with a construction company in Woodstock in search for a Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate would have attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work in fast paced environment. Duties: * Review start releases and ensure accurate recording into master spreadsheet * Participate in every step of the construction loan process * Act as contact for the bank * Maintain the general ledger * Request appraisals * Manage data on lot purchases * Work with attorney and sign appropriate closing documents * Use ACH for all division payments and post transactions to the GL * Coordinate on timing of payments * Assist with audit * HUD approvals * Accrue rebates * Fixed asset depreciation * Month end reconciliations Requirements: * Bachelor?s degree in Accounting * 1-3 years experience * Experience in construction or similar industry * Experience with Dynamics SL
