This position will be a key role in the project management and development of a seamless front end device agnostic Interactive experience for our customers. Role includes interacting with sales, IT, providing senior management with analytics and reporting, communicating with multiple levels of management, marketing and outside vendor partners.

Job Description
Project management and time management skills juggling multiple concurrent and sometime overlapping initiatives
Provide data analytics to management on activity and performance
Works closely with Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, IT and Accounting to ensure marketing initiatives go to market seamlessly.
Manage requests from business units, gather detailed business requirements and turn requirements into functional specifications for application enhancements and new projects.
Analyzes customer base in order to identify customer segmentation opportunities based on profitability.
Conducts annual situation assessment (SWOT analysis) to understand past performance of products and services.
Responsible for compiling and publishing reporting that effectively communicates results and impact of advertising performance.
Assists in tracking monthly budgeted expenditures by program and by region; assists in accounts payable process, including processing of purchase orders.
Conducts ROI of marketing programs across channels, segments, and products.
Manage relationships with internal (cross department) & external (partner vendors & agencies) constituents by working to gain alignment and maintaining momentum on launched initiatives
Job Requirements
Positive attitude, team player with an intellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learn and create.
Highly proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. write and use formulas, track statistics, manipulate data tables)
Strong communication skills, with ability to deliver concise and persuasive messages to various audiences and departments.
Works well under pressure; meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
Experience with data management and manipulation
Bachelor?s Degree and 1-3 years business experience
