Inside Sales Agent Job Opening in Mount Pleasant, South carolina - We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to set appointments and convert leads!
You will be responsible for Converting, Nurturing and Setting Appointments with Sellers, FSBOs, Withdrawn and Expired Listings and more. You should love to be on the phone and have excellent phone skills.
Duties will include:
- Perform a high volume of cold calls daily in order to secure new business and set appointments with residential clients for outside sales agents.
- Document all activities in CRM and accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis.
Scripts and Training will be Provided.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Call center/Inside Sales Experience Preferred.
- Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude over the phone and in person.
- Background in Real Estate is a plus but not required and Strong English Skills Required
You will make an hourly wage as well as bonuses for qualified appointments / closed sales. There will be minimum production requirements per day / week / month.
We are looking for a driven individual who can work without constant supervision.

Flexible schedule available in our office Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 7:00PM.
