Kaloutas & Co., Inc. is in the business of providing exciting opportunities for talented professionals and we are looking for a new Sales/Estimator to join our company. This position will be part of a team working closely with a Project Executive in growing, managing and developing painting and flooring business. Sales/Estimator will be responsible for pricing, customer management and project management in order to achieve team goals.

Sales and estimating responsibilities?.
Receive and review request for proposal/bid invites for upcoming projects
Attend project walkthroughs and pre-site visits to identify existing conditions
Understand production rates and O&P
Maintain a clear understanding of project scope of work
Use estimating software to prepare pricing based on quantity take-off
Prepare proposal letters for projects
Review and maintain proposals and addendums for project and pricing revisions
Grow and build customer relationships through office visits and client events

Project Management responsibilities?
Attend job meetings and field check-ins
Prepare and maintain change order pricing/revisions and approvals and convey information to the field
Attend weekly WIP and manpower meetings to review progress of ongoing projects
Assist in the preparation of job closeout packages

An ability to prioritize a large work volume to meet deadlines
Experience in construction (sales, estimating and/or project management)
Experience with commercial painting
College degree (preferred)
A high level of professionalism

Software knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Estimating Software
