POSITION: Full Time, Salary
Specification Sales Agency is a manufacturer?s representative of commercial plumbing supplies. The company is located in Medford Massachusetts and has been in business for over 50 years. We are currently seeking an inside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive self-starter who can work diligently in both office and warehouse environments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Marketing, including but not limited to, promotion of our product lines via phone, electronically, on paper, and in person.
Order / Data Entry.
Customer Service - both phone and face-to-face.
Order fulfillment and Shipping ? Pick and pack orders, learn and identify products, prompt handling of orders, shipping and receiving of orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Commercial Plumbing Industry experience preferred but not necessary.
Prior Sales experience preferred but not necessary.
Must be proficient with PC based computers ? this includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Sage BusinessWorks is a plus.
Pleasant yet effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
Ability to read, interpret, and enter purchase and sales orders via computer, fax, and phone.
Ability to effectively multitask
