Your Daily Activities will Be
Present, recommend and sell company products to new and existing clients.
Make outgoing sales calls. Transition leads through first point of contact to contract or meetings.
Create call plans and manage broker contacts and prospects to support sales activities.
Inform brokers and prospects of meetings and value proposition of the organization.
Enter data related to meetings, feedback and contracting as related to calling objectives.
Impeccable phone etiquette required.
Inside Broker sales experience with 65+ demographic a plus.
Keep records of all communications.
Attend educational training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
Self-motivated and deliver results with limited oversight.
Your Professional experience should include??
1-3 years Inside Phone Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work experience required
Proficiency with MS Windows applications; Excel, Word and Outlook
Active listening skills
Pleasant speaking voice
Friendly yet professional manner
Client / prospect focus
Situational adaptability
Prioritization and organization
Ability to work independently within specific time constraints
