Focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Make sure customers are provided with a quality customer service experience.
Create and develop relationships with homeowner and commercial customers.
Utilize the business ERP system to prepare quotes, process credit applications and contracts, invoice sales.
Apply sales process knowledge with product and customer knowledge to improve sales outcomes.
Acquire an in depth knowledge of our product lines to assist with differentiating our equipment lines versus competitor lines.
Review products with customers and explain operating procedures.
Participate in vendor product training programs.
Follow through with equipment purchase to ensure equipment is delivered to the customer as promised.
REQUIREMENTS
Equipment industry sale experience preferred, but not required
Strong verbal and writing skills
Ability to use business software including Microsoft Excel and Word
