Aflac Sales Associate Requirements:
Basic computer skills
High level of proper business ethics
A vibrant personality with a drive to help others
Organized, self starter, team player, and a professional presence
Prior sales experience not essential
Aflac Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Research and develop new business opportunities by seeking out clients in the surrounding area employer market.
Provide employers with presentations that effectively communicate the Aflac ability to enhance employers' benefit package.
Enroll clients into Aflac products via computer programs
Maintain relationships with employers and clients that includes service need and further sales
