Administrative/Accounting Clerk - Part Time Job Opening in Waukesha, Wisconsin - The primary responsibility of the Clerk is to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director. This is a newly developed position and therefore, duties and responsibilities within job description may be subject to change.
Principle Duties:
Accounts Payable: Preparation of invoices for submission to outside/third party
Payroll: Review and approve timesheets
Accounts Receivable: Daily cash receipts
Grant Management: Administration of Grants to ensure accurate financial reporting
Budgets: Assist in the annual budget analysis.
Miscellaneous: Assist with organizational and accounting duties of ARC
Assist with Monthly Financial Analysis
Front desk back up for Scheduling Department.
Various tasks as assigned
Hours: 20 ? 26 hours/week (hours to be determined)
Pay: Negotiable, based on experience
Qualifications: Associate Degree preferred but a minimum 3 years? experience in a professional office environment with emphasis on accounting and bookkeeping. Above average organizational skills are required along with excellent verbal and writing skills.
Computer proficient including accounting software, Excel and Word.
Ability to use office equipment, i.e. computers, printers, scanners and phones
Ability to prioritize tasks, detail oriented, and keep work space organized
Desire to help the Addiction Resource Council, Inc. carry out its mission with a preference to work in nonprofit 501(c) 3, mission-based service.
