Drive corporate transient and group business through direct sales efforts
Manage leads from various channels
Conduct site visits
Negotiate RFP?s for local and national accounts
Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure client expectations are met
Utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to prioritize tasks, plan/conquer a busy schedule, exceed targets, and meet deadlines
Work closely with other departments to coordinate details, special requests and VIP packages for groups, individuals, and events.
Maintain an active role within the local community to build professional rapport
Job Requirements
NEEDED :
· High School Diploma
· 2+ years Hotel Sales or Outside Sales Experience
· 2+ years Management Experience
Desirable Skills :
· College Experience/Degree
· Hilton Experience or other Hotel Branded Experience
