Patient Account Specialist Job Opening in Lees Summit, Missouri - HRS Erase, Inc. has a position open in Lee's Summit, MO for a full-time Patient Accounts Specialist! As a Patient Account Specialist you will assist in completion of Out of State Medicaid applications, billing unpaid worker's compensation claims, commercial and OSM. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 4:30pm.
Responsibilities include:
Manage Inbound and Outbound telephone calls
Maintains confidentiality of hospital and patient information
Enters and maintains patient account information accurately
Bill unpaid worker's compensation claims, commerecial, and Out of State Medicaid
Phone calls to third party payers to obtain current account information
Requirements
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
Organizational and follow-up skills
Desire to work in a social work environment
Ability to adapt and manage change
Display basic computer proficiency
