Business Analyst Job Opening in Springfield, Missouri - EDCO Health Information Solutions is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team of business professionals in Springfield, MO. A successful candidate in this position will enjoy working on projects from start to finish, interacting with customers, meeting deadlines and working in a very fast paced, changing environment.
We?re looking for someone that can do the following:
Become a subject matter expert and go to person for EDCO?s Solarity software and services within 6 ? 9 months.
Use EDCO?s best practices to guide multiple customers through implementation and full adoption of EDCO?s Solarity product. Each customer will be unique, with different starting points, internal dynamics, and levels of engagement.
Help customers maximize the ongoing use of EDCO?s Solarity products and services after implementation.
Find and integrate continuous internal process improvements to help ensure the success of EDCO?s customers and ultimately the success of EDCO.
A successful candidate in this position will enjoy deep involvement in a project from start to finish - from gathering requirements, to designing solutions, to seeing your plan implemented and working. Being successful in this position not only impacts the success of the HIM and Clinical departments for EDCO?s clients, but also impacts the quality of patient care at those facilities.
This position will give the right candidate exposure to all departments and a thorough perspective on how the business operates. A high achiever will have substantial growth opportunities within this position. Travel will be approximately 30% annually, but may be higher or lower in a given quarter based on the timing of customer implementations.
Desired Skills & Experience
If you can accomplish the above, you?ve got what it takes. Realistically though, having a degree and hands on experience in the health care industry and/or software company would be really valuable in this position.
