Create schedules for all the phases and disseminate as needed.
Maintain an accurate accounting of all schedule changes.
Assist in maintaining personnel files as directed
Assist with maintaining current employee listings with current phone numbers for all programs.
Assist with Coordinating staff performance evaluations as directed
Assist with the interviewing process as directed
Assist with Pre-Employment day as directed
Assist the HR Director as directed
Other duties as assigned
