Summer Classics is currently seeking a Master Data Specialist responsible for the maintenance of account and pricing information within the SYSPRO ERP system.
Essential Job Duties
Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts and files
Audit supplier, customer, and stock code set-up information
Set up stock codes, prices, and bill of materials
Partner with Accounting on product costing
Maintain customer and supplier price contracts
Assist with weekly cost, physical BOM audits/monitoring
Update supplier price increases annually
Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assists with Help desk as needed
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
2-year Associates degree required; 4-year college degree preferred
1 or more years of experience in working with customers, suppliers, and stock code setup and maintenance within an ERP required; SYSPRO experience preferred
SQL and/or Microsoft ACCESS Experience required
Standard cost experience required
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
