Java Developer Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Candidate will be a member of a team of developers. Team supports front office, middle office, market risk, and finance users in date quality and control functions. Data timeliness and accuracy is critical. Candidate will be involved in design, code, test, 3 tire web application.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in information systems or related field.
At least 6-8 years of software development experience.
At least 6-8 years of experience with Java/J2EE and database programming.
Strong overall computer programming background, primarily in JAVA, Hibernate, Spring, JPA, AngularJS, JSON, RESTful Webservice, Antlr, XML, SQL, Linux and a variety of other scripting tools and languages.
Application server like Tomcat & Apache.
Solid experience in Object Oriented Systems development life cycle.
Strong SQL, Autosys, Perl/Unix scripting
Strong analytical ability, independent problem solving, and good communication skills.
Desired Skills :
ETL programming.
Python Programming.
Knowledge of Capital Markets products (Fixed Income securities, MBS, OTC Derivatives, FX) a big plus.
Knowledge of Bloomberg, RiskViewer2 a plus.
Java Certification, a plus.
Knowledge of Data warehouse schema, like star Schema.
