Sales Representative LED Lighting Job Opening in Bowie, Maryland - We are looking for Experienced Sales Professionals to cover the BGE and Pepco service areas throughout Maryland. Our goal is to help our clients reduce their energy bills by making them more energy efficient. Essential responsibilities:
The sales professional will perform sales calls on a daily basis, which will include cold-calling potential clients.
Perform door-to-door sales with potential clients.
Schedule appointments with clients for walkthroughs and quick energy assessments.
Communicate effectively to potential clients how the BGE and Pepco programs work and why it would be beneficial for them.
Verify with the utility company that the potential client is qualified to receive assistance for their projects.
Submit energy assessments to our team of input requirements:
At least 1 year sales experience
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Self-driven
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of LED Lighting and Lighting Controls
Knowledge of BGE and PEPCO service areas
