Credit & Collections Analyst Job Opening in rochester, New York - Credit & Collections Analyst Qualitrol is searching for a Credit & Collections Analyst ? Full time, 40 hrs week, Temp position. Length of assignment is 6 months or more?till Nov Here's what you will do.... Manage credit and collections receivables for select accounts. Interact with customers over the phone to achieve desired results. Send statements, invoice copies, etc as needed. Very busy environment with over 20-35 emails and calls?requiring strong communication skills, a delicate tolerance of others. Set up customers in the Oracle System, work with return items. Qualifications: Associates Degree, Bachelors Preferred Min of 3 years in collections and credit analysis, B2B industrial company preferred Proven sense of urgency to get tasks completed Strong customer service skills and experience handling complex problems Action oriented 10 key calculator and data entry skills necessary Oracle Systems experience preferred.
