Job Description:
As an inside sales representative, you must be passionate to provide the highest quality medical equipment solutions available in the long term healthcare industry today with the highest level of expertise, knowledge, and customer service. You will be reaching out daily through outbound contact to sell to our existing corporate clients, and creating new clients by developing relationships with healthcare providers across the country. We are a growth-oriented company looking to hire positive, career-oriented individuals with a passion for providing the highest level of care. You must be a personable, outgoing, hard working, self starter, motivated by commission, and experienced on how to close sales. Established state territories. Entry level position * room for advancement.
Summary of Duties:
Primary outreach is conducted over the phone and email, managing and cultivating your assigned territories. Building up existing corporate relationships and establishing new relationships achieving expected sales quotas and goals. Through the process of learning your territories, you will be required to add any updated information into our database to help facilitate future contact and orders. While candidates will have direct oversight, this is a position geared toward self-starters who are capable of working and growing independently.
Compensation:
Hourly pay, plus robust commission opportunities as sales targets are achieved.

Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service Passion? Provide the highest level of phone and email etiquette required
Must be comfortable being on the phone for extended periods of time
Personable, outgoing, natural ability to build trust and rapport
Microsoft Office proficient knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to generate outbound sales success and consistently meet sales quotas and goals
Be a motivated, self starter
Ability to learn product knowledge and industry verbiage
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Sales experience and success required (call center, inside/outbound, retail sales, or comparable)
Customer service experience
Preferred Skills:
Durable Medical Equipment Sales Experience
Long Term Care and/or Acute industries experience
Experience using SAP Business One software
