Right now our Recruiters partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals, create candidate experiences that exceed expectations, review hundreds of resumes, and conduct competency based interviews. They also source passive candidates to maintain lead flow on certain roles.
You will utilize the following skills and characteristics to thrive in this role:
Passion for the firm, which translates into representing and selling it in an appealing, accurate, and professional manner
Genuine interest in uncovering candidate motivations, qualifications and interests
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of colleagues and managers.
A proactive approach to creative ways of sourcing and attracting candidates
Excellent judgment and discretion
Great attention to detail and operational adherence
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
2-5 years of experience interacting with candidates, clients, or prospective clients preferred
