ClosedLoop is looking for bright, creative, and ambitious individuals to join our team. We work hard (and play hard), and need someone who can hit the ground running right alongside us.
What you?ll do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will wear many hats and perform a variety of duties that will change on a daily basis. You will report directly to the CEO and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects to help keep the company running. You?ll be supporting multiple founders with a history of successful companies under their belt. ClosedLoop is a startup, and as such, you?ll need to be flexible and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. At the same time, you will have a blast working with our team, and learn more in just a few months than you ever thought possible.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Aid in the running of ClosedLoop operations
Support the executive team in communicating with customers
Assist with the help desk and knock out support tickets
Help manage ClosedLoop?s social media presence
Manage team schedules
Assist with planning team activities
Help research, set up, and maintain company benefits
Maintain and contribute to the blog
Edit press releases and website copy

Qualifications:
Required:
Willingness to learn
The ability to think on your feet
Experience with customer service
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Experience managing calendars and schedules
Strong writing skills -- able to write clearly and concisely

Ability to creatively approach problems and think outside the box
Interested in working with a start-up
Associates or Bachelor?s degree with 3.0 GPA or higher.
Desired:
An Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree with a 3.5 GPA or higher (we?re a team of overachievers)
Experience working in a startup environment
Experience with technical troubleshooting
Experience with Powerpoint and Excel
Experience with Photoshop a plus
