JOB DUTIES � Answer incoming phone calls during regular business hours. � Receive customer orders for survey softwares via phone, e-mail, log in to appropriate database and check for accuracy. Follow up and complete any missing information required. � Manage customer order changes and cancellations; document and record appropriately. � Process and manage customer returns within established timeframes. � Answer inquiries concerning questions relating to shipments and deliveries. � Respond to basic technical inquires. � Communicate effectively with other staff to provide customer service data ensuring efficient workflow and planning. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS � Speaking (English). � Proficient in Microsoft Office and the internet. � Excellent listening skills. � Strong communication skills. � Pass the internal survey test. � Applicants must be over 18.
