Sales Manager Job Opening in Gorham, Maine - Clean O? Rama is growing and seeking a Sales Manager to lead their existing sales team toward success. At Clean O? Key Responsibilities:
Coach the existing sales team to optimize their time effectively as well as understand and believe in the value of the concepts, product mix and services outlined in the Marketing Plan
Establish a sustainable pipeline for new business & new accounts and execute or develop a growth strategy
Develop and manage a program for onboarding new accounts
Partner with the Business Development Manager to introduce product and development to the field
Responsible for the entire sales team, including onboarding, training, coaching and termination and reaching overall GDP
Maintain current annual budget and develop future annual budgets
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
3-5 years proven sales management or equivalent experience
3-5 years proven experience in sales growth and development
3-5 years of solid management experience
1-2 years sales training and development
Must possess excellent communication skills ? written and verbal
General HR competencies preferred
Must have a valid driver?s license and be insurable under Clean O? Rama
