Casco Bay Wireless is One of New England?s Largest AT&T Authorized Retailer. We are currently looking for qualified people to grow our team in our Westbrook location. The cell phone market is ever changing and due to this we need employees who are willing to adapt and continually learn about new products and promotions as well as using multiple systems across different platforms.
Job Description
We are currently hiring sales sales manager who are able to work in a fast paced environment and are willing to do give 100 percent day in and day out. Your job would include, but is not limited to, taking bill payments, educating customers on their devices, answering account and bill related questions, solving customer needs regarding accessories and selling phones as well as strategic products (iPads, tablets, home phones, hot spots). On top of all of this you will also be asked to sell as well as educate customers on in home services such as DirectTV and AT&T Digital Life. You will be asked to stay up to date on all AT&T trainings as well as all current product promotions. Customer service is our number one priority and delivering that service in a prompt, courteous and confident manner. This position would start off as a regular sales associate but would give the employee the ability to move up to an assistant store manager in the future if they displayed the qualities we are looking for.
Essential Position Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology and devices
Identify and qualify customer needs with the proper devices and services
Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service

Job Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately and in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to operate a computer, wireless devices and other office equipment
Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
Submit all transaction journals on a daily basis
Assists with inventory maintenance
May be required to wear a uniform
Desired Qualifications
1-3 years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
Reliable mode of transportation
Retail Sales Consultants are a paid a competitive hourly rate as well as monthly supplemental commission based on meeting or exceeding sales goals
