Bookkeeper/Data Entry Job Opening in Auburn Hills, Michigan - All bookkeeping is executed with QuickBooks. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the data entry and account reconciliation in QuickBooks. This position will also assist with accounts payable and producing financial statements. The supervisor will analyze the budgets and financial statements monthly.
This is a flexible position, only requiring an estimated 10-30 hours per month. For the right candidate, full time and advancement opportunities will be available.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting preferred.
Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in primary tasks listed.

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all checking accounts (personal, rental property, and Schedule C accounts)
Pay bills and manage cash flow
Enter bills and issue payments (Medical, lawn service, IRS tax estimates?anything requiring a check)
Manage all automated ACH bill payments
Allocate predetermined funds to retirement savings accounts and major expense savings account
Reconcile in QuickBooks semi-monthly
Reconcile all credit card expenses in QuickBooks
Compile monthly financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheets) in QB
Assist with organization of/minor tasks of Consulting work
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 /month
