Job Responsibilities
The Controller will maintain the GL and prepare financial reports
Perform cash flow management
Coordinate and oversee tax planning and preparation
The Controller will process/performance improvements
Requirements:
Controller applicants must have a degree in Business or Accounting and/or CPA
Must be able to manage, train, and develop staff
Controller candidates must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions
Excellent communication, accounting, and analytical skills
Controller applicants must be able to perform in a high productivity, fast-paced environment
Ideal Controller candidates will have knowledge of accounting systems, to include GL, AP, and support systems
Controller candidates must be knowledgeable in patient accounting, to include contractual adjustments and accounts receivable calculations
Must be able to document accurately and concisely
Controller candidates must have excellent phone and computer skills
Must be able to maintain sensitive information in confidence
Controller applicants must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize diverse responsibilities
