Off Premise Catering Director Job Opening in Owings Mills, Maryland - Linwoods is seeking a talented and passionate Off Premise Catering Director. This person will plan, direct, coordinate and execute Off Premise Catering Events.
This will include the following:
- Sales and Preparation of Proposals to the Client in a timely manner
- Understanding each client?s of the event
- Tastings, Walk-Thrus, Meetings
- Preparation of Rental Sheets, Bar Sheets
- Working with Rentals/Linen Companies
- Overseeing preparation for each event to ensure they are properly staffed, equipped and both products and services exceed our clients? expectations
- Catering Director coordinates and executes the event from the beginning to the end; should be capable of leading by his/her own example
- Ensure that all billing is accurate and submitted to the accounting department completed and on time.
- Catering Director actively gathers feedback on Events to ensure guest satisfaction and records information
Linwoods Catering Director must utilize superior time management skills to monitor and organize a calendar that includes multiple simultaneous events and /She understands great customer service and hospitality, must be highly motivated with good communication skills and a self starter. He/she should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/she is a strong problem solver, can think of alternative solutions quickly.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
