Manufacturing Plant Accountant
Hodges Badge Company is looking for a Manufacturing Plant Accountant to provide accounting and financial support for the Manufacturing Operations

Candidate must have excellent strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate situations, give strict attention to detail, have strong financial skills, forecasting skills and analytical capabilities,
Daily Tasks:
Plan, study, and collect data to determine costs of each manufacturing activity
Develop and maintain a cost accounting database for each product
Analyze changes in product design
Develop, prepare and analyze cost reports
Provide accurate and timely financial reports and operational analysis
Assist in preparing monthly gross margin reports
Review new products and prepare cost estimated for discussion and assistance in pricing
Experience/general Requirements:
BS Accounting or Finance required or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment or experience in Industrial Engineering
Progressive Costing and Financial Analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures
Hours: 8:30am ? 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Compensation : $45,000 - $50,000
