We are looking to acquire a Sales Manager who will be a leader and a major player in the pursuit of continued growth, profitability and business ventures. The person making this career choice will be responsible for developing and administering a profitable roofing sales strategy. Your leadership and dedication work will not go unrewarded as a sales manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of proven sales manager experience with roofing and restoration.
Must be self-directed and able to lead a successful sales team.
Able to interview and hire employees, sub-contractors from various craft groups.
Proven business partnerships with roofing suppliers, account managers, and external contractors.
Excellent interpersonal skills that will enable successful interactions with Sales Teams, Marketing Strategists, and Clients.
The ability to create and implement sales programs and incentives that drive profitability.
Will be responsible for coaching and training high performance sales reps.
In depth knowledge of how to generate proposals, residential sales contracts and commercial roof bids..
Minimum 3 years of experience with the Xactimate application which will include calculating damage and creating estimates for repair and building costs.
Able to analyze insurance adjusters estimates and determine if the settlement offers are accurate and equitable.
Responsible for following up on insurance supplements.
Knowledge of municipal requirements for documentation for permits and inspection processes.
Must know how to create bids for small to extensive projects (commercial), this would also include follow up during the decision process.
Microsoft Office experience is helpful and any CRM knowledge is a plus.
Additional Information
Two years of college

$70,0000 - $90,000 Base salary depending on experience plus performance bonuses
