Job Description:
Sales position for a roofing company in the Houston area. We need sales oriented candidates who are interested in a career with earnings between $50,000 - $160,000 a year ? Commission based (1099). Receive 40% commission of gross income paid rapidly.
Responsibilities:
Customer leads through door to door.
Contact potential customers over the phone.
Create roof estimates, follow-up on prospects and sign contracts.
Report hail & wind damage inspection results and handle insurance adjusters.
Work with insurance adjusters and assist homeowners with filing insurance claims for weather related damages
Responsible for collections
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience with residential or/and commercial roofing.
Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation, preferably a truck.
Perform roof inspections, ability to climb a ladder is necessary
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
Act fairly and ethically in all business dealings
Outstanding communication and sales skills.
