You will spend 80% of time in the field working with buyer clients and 20% Lead Generating and follow up. Our team works with its sales team as a partnership. WE hand you qualified pre approved buyers ready to buy a property to you and your part is to supplement that with some of your personal sales leads you will develop. Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to discover and find their needs.
Primary duties include Lead Generation, Buyer Consultations and showing homes, Following up.
Call, convert, prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads per month.
Effectively communicate with management and team.
Qualifications:
Sales background Minimum 1 year experience
A Relationship building person with a positive big thinking attitude.
Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Real Estate license.
Learning based willing to follow successful dialogues, systems, and tools
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Show good organizational and time management skills
Driven and willing to be coached for results and success
Team oriented and love working in a team environment
Compensation: Commission and bonuses, Expect first Year $40,000-$50,000, Second year $90,000-125,000 Expect to be in production with commissions within 60 days or less.
