Interim HealthCare of Greater Denver is currently looking for a Home care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) to join its field staff. At Interim HealthCare, we offer flexibility as well as the support of a strong administrative staff.
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure active in Colorado
Health care CPR certified (BLS)
LPN Duties would include:
Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient?s progress.
Assist the RN in performing specialized procedures and duties.
Assist the RN in carrying out the patient plan of care.
Assist the client in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
Able to perform CPR.
RN Duties would include:
Administers medications according to established medication administration principles, physician orders and facility policy and procedures.
Provides direct care to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, conditions, and diseases
Reviews, interprets, transcribes and carries out physician orders
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care provided to all patients assigned.
Recognizes changing patient conditions and emergency situations and appropriately intervenes.
