Description:
Place outbound calls to set appointment for our sales team
Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations
Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling
Secures information by completing data base backups
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Makes outbound calls to Residential Real Estate Appraisers from a list provided by DataMaster
Purpose of the call is to set an appointment for a demo to be done by a DM Inside sales person
Manages call history and results in our CRM.
Leaves messages, schedules callbacks and calls back regularly when no contact is made with the appraiser
After setting appointment, follows process to confirm & remind the prospect of the appointment for the demo. The process includes but is not limited to sending emails, texts, phone calls, etc. to remind the prospect of the appointment
Keeps database clean by updating information and some searching the internet for missing data
