The social worker will utilize all of the resources available in the agency and community to accomplish the plan of care goals.

REQUIREMENTS :
A Master?s degree in social work is required from an accredited school by the Council on Social Work Education, along with one year experience in a hospital - clinical or home care environment. A current and valid license from the state of Kansas and a valid drivers license.
