Requirements:
Work with Managing Broker to create Life List and Annual Business Plan
Complete in-house 5 Day New Sales Associate Training within first two months
Complete in-house Ninja Selling Installation within first six months
Attend ongoing coaching sessions with Managing Broker
Attend office sales meeting and other events for education and networking
Communicate with all clients on a regular basis and answer all questions
Represent your clients during real estate negotiations to achieve the best outcome
Maintain North Carolina real estate commission and continuous education requirements associated with real estate license and REALTORŪ membership
